On Saturday the New York Jets decided that they needed a roster spot to add another cornerback, since the only one not on the injury report was Kyle Wilson. Surprisingly they released 11 year veteran OLB Bryan Thomas who was doubtful for today's game, and was likely to be ruled out. Donnie Fletcher was elevated from the practice squad to replace Thomas.

New York Jets Injury Report:

OUT/Inactive: OT Dennis Landolt (knee), FB John Conner (knee), TE Dustin Keller (hamstring), QB Greg McElroy, OL Caleb Schlauderaff, DT Damon Harrison and CB Donnie Fletcher

Doubtful: (25% or less of chance of playing): FB John Conner, OLB Bryan Thomas (released Saturday)

Questionable: (50% chance of playing): CB Ellis Lankster (back)

Probable: (75% or more chance of playing): QB Mark Sanchez (back), C Nick Mangold (wrist), RG Brandon Moore (hip), WR Chaz Schilens (ankle), DE's Mo Wilkerson (non-injury related), Quinton Coples (illness), DT Mike DeVito (calf), NT's Sione Pouha (back), Kenrick Ellis (illness), LB's Nick Bellore (shoulder), Bart Scott (knee), CB's Darrelle Revis (concussion), Antonio Cromartie (shoulder), Isaiah Trufant (ankle), S Eric Smith (hip/knee) and LaRon Landry (heel)

Ellis Lankster obviously felt well enough to play today, because the main reason the New York Jets brought up Donnie Fletcher from the practice squad was if he could not have played. Now, let's see if the Jets offense can gain a better rhythm than last week and handle there divisional rival business in Miami starting at 1 pm today.
