Loading ...New York Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis is still working his way back from a torn ACL, but he's still making some big news. Darrelle Revis is working with NIKE on a new sneaker: the NIKE Zoom Revis 1, which will be released on December 1. The Jets have missed Darrelle Revis while he's working his way back from a season-ending knee injury.
Darrelle Revis had his 2012 season ended by a knee injury suffered in the New York j\Jets week two matchup with the Miami Dolphins. The Jets won that game, but lost Darrelle Revis for the year with a torn ACL. Darrelle Revis has been diligently rehabbing his knee since, looking to return to the top spot as the best defensive player in the NFL next season. Along the way, he's also had the time to launch a signature sneaker with NIKE.
The NIKE Zoom Revis 1 will be available tomorrow, December 1, and of course it's available in Jets green and white. It's a pretty cool sneaker and the release is being anticipated by sneakerheads everywhere, so if you plan on dropping $130 to get a pair you'll might have to camp out beforehand.
The sneaker is designed for all weather and multiple surfaces. There's plenty of spots adorned with the number 24, so you know you're repping Revis Island when you wear these shoes.
